How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been dispatched, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

Can I Track My Order?

When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking number can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.

My Package Says Delivered, But I Didn't Receive It

Sometimes Courier tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Normally orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays). During big sale periods and holiday seasons, there might be a slight delay with the shipment of your order. Please allow 2 more business days during this time for your order to be dispatched.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Normally It takes 2-3 business days after dispatch to deliver any parcel in the UK mainland. For areas other than the UK Mainland, it takes 3-5 business days.
